GRIEVANCES OF CITZENS WILL BE REDRESSED WITHIN 12 HOURS.

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has decided to conduct a survey to see the views and response from citizens about cleanliness in Mumbai under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. A private organization has been appointed for this. This organisation  will raise awareness about the use of App in the citizens, said Additional Municipal Commissioner Vijay Singhal. Under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the survey will be conducted by the Brihanmumbai  Municipal Corporation to look into the views and opinions of citizens regarding the situation of cleanliness from the citizens of Mumbai. Administration will appoint the BMC representatives for conducting survey, they meet the citizens of Mumbai and learn about the people's opinion and response about cleanliness. The citizens will also be informed about how to register a clean-up complaint on the mobile App.

To solve the complaints of citizens, the control room will be functioning 24 hours and seven days of the week. Vijay Singhal said that the Smart Cities Agency  will conduct "Fit and Street" survey which is Clean India Campaign for the cleanliness. During the Fit and Street Survey, 25 representatives will interact with the citizens in Mumbai for their views, expectations and feedback. The information will be given to the citizens on how to use the mobile application of the mobile, and how to send photographs on mobile App. After uploading the complaints, sent on the mobile App, it will be  automatically recorded on the central government server. Vijay Singhal said that the grievances will be redressed within 12 hours
